Beautiful and welcoming terraced house with communal swimming pool for seasonal rental, in a residential and peaceful area surrounded by nature and just 100m from Mas Pinell Beach.
At the entrance we find a small patio followed by the entrance door to the accommodation. Upon entering we find the living room-dining room, which connects to the back garden. We continue with the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen and with all the necessary utensils so that you feel at home and don't miss anything! In addition to a toilet and the laundry area. The back garden has a table with its corresponding chairs so you can enjoy outdoor meals with your loved ones.
If we follow the stairs we find ourselves on the second floor. Firstly the suite, with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and access to a long balcony. Very close to the sea, 15 minutes from Castell de Montgrí and its natural park, within easy reach of other tourist towns such as l'Estartit where you cannot miss either its commercial area or its charming beaches.
