At the entrance, you'll find a small patio followed by the entrance door to the accommodation. Upon entering, you'll find the living-dining room, which connects to the back garden. Continuing on, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home and not miss anything! Additionally, there is a toilet and laundry area. The back garden has a table with corresponding chairs to enjoy outdoor meals with your loved ones.
If you follow the stairs, you'll reach the second floor. First, the suite with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and access to a long balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds with a wardrobe. Next, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower. And lastly, the third bedroom with two single beds, also with a wardrobe.
To access the communal swimming pool, you must exit the house and enter from the exterior. It features a large and deeper pool for adults and a smaller, less deep pool for children. There is also a children's playground.
The location is perfect, situated in a beautiful and well-maintained residential area. Very close to the sea, 15 minutes from Castell de Montgrí and its natural park, a short distance from other tourist towns like l'Estartit, where you cannot miss its commercial area and charming beaches.
