L'Escala - Apartment

This apartment is ideal for sea lovers, as it has a beautiful terrace with views of the port of l’Escala and the sea. When we enter the apartment we find two bedrooms, the first is small and cosy with a bunk bed, the second has two single beds, built-in wardrobes and access to the rear terrace, which is spacious and overlooks the beautiful communal garden and pool, then a bathroom with shower for these two bedrooms. If we continue halfway down the hall we find a small room as a laundry area. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, which is separated from the dining room by a nice breakfast bar. The dining room-living room is spacious and bright with a beautiful maritime decoration, ideal for access to the large terrace, which connects to the suite. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, here we find an area with a table and chairs to enjoy a dinner or lunch with a view of the sea and an area with sofas to share a good time with family or friends enjoying magnificent privileged views. The suite has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a large window with access to the terrace.
It is worth noting that this beautiful apartment has a garage with private parking. It is a first floor apartment located near the seafront but there are no premises nearby that could cause noise or disturbance during your stay.
It has a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan and cutlery/crockery. Central air conditioning in all rooms. In the pool area we find a well-kept grass area with sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing.
The location could not be more perfect, 2 minutes walk from the port and the sea. And just 2 minutes walk from the charming seafront promenade of l'Escala, where we find recreational activities for children, nightlife bars, water activities as well as countless restaurants where you can enjoy a good lunch or dinner on the seafront.

Upon entering, we are greeted by a beautiful hall decorated with great taste. On the right we find a double room with access to a small balcony. On the left is the individual and fully equipped kitchen, which has access to another balcony where we find the laundry area.

Further on, another double room followed by another single room. The full bathroom and the spacious living-dining room with access to a large terrace. The terrace has outdoor furniture so you can enjoy great moments outdoors with your family.

The apartment has plenty of outdoor space. In addition to a perfect location, as just 120 metres or 2 minutes walk away is the l’Escala promenade, where you can do numerous activities in summer. The accommodation is just 300 metres or 4 minutes walk from the centre, making it very practical.
