I want to present this beautiful apartment on Pals beach, so that you can get to know it and have the desire to rent it and enjoy it.
This apartment has a magnificent location, it is located 200 meters from the Golf course and 100 meters from the Tennis Club, with clay and Padel courts. Without forgetting, it is located 500 meters from the magnificent Pals beach.
The apartment has a communal pool, children's play area and parking. It is very close to essential services in summer, supermarket, restaurants and leisure areas, but far enough to avoid noise, being able to enjoy the tranquility and enjoy the singing of the birds.
After getting to know the surroundings, I want to explain the apartment: when we enter, a nice dining-living room with direct access to a small terrace with a table where you can eat while watching the pool. In the same dining room, we have an open, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and another bunk bed for the children. It also has a full bathroom with a shower.

Holiday rental apartment in Pals, just 2 minutes' walk from the beach, in a beautiful residential complex with communal garden and pool as well as private parking. As you enter this lovely apartment, the first thing you'll find is the open-plan kitchen separated from the dining room by an elegant breakfast bar. The dining-living room is divided into two areas, a higher one where you'll find the dining table and a lower one with the living room area, with a sofa and TV. This area also leads out to the terrace, which has beautiful views of the garden and pool and has another table for enjoying meals outdoors. Continuing on, we find the first bedroom with a double bed, which has plenty of storage space with built-in wardrobes as well as two smaller wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Next is the second bedroom, which includes a bunk bed and a single bed, making efficient use of the space, plus a large window that lets in lots of light. Finally, we have the spacious and bright bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is part of a charming community with beautiful gardens with grass for sunbathing and relaxing, and a pool to cool off on the hottest days.
