Beautiful and modern flat just 100 metres from the beach of Mas Pinell, a natural and quiet place where you can relax and spend a unique holiday with family or friends.
The best thing about this flat is its proximity to the beach. In less than 1 minute walk you will be enjoying one of the most natural beaches of the Costa Brava with incredible views of the natural park of the Medes Islands. Moreover, the area is surrounded by paths in the middle of nature where you can disconnect with small excursions or bike rides.
The flat is located in a small building with few neighbours and very quiet. In the common areas you will have at your disposal a large patio where you can play or sunbathe, and long tables in the barbecue area for you to prepare delicious meals and share moments with family and friends.
The flat is tastefully decorated and very cosy. It has a separate entrance which is accessed via stairs. A large terrace-balcony welcomes us in front of the entrance door. Once we enter, we find a large room where kitchen, dining room and living room coexist. It is very luminous as it has windows on both sides of the room, which makes it perfect for the air to flow in summer and the flat to be cool. Upstairs, two double bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and have access to the balcony-terrace on the upper floor, from where you can see the sea.
The flat has all the comforts to enjoy an ideal holiday: air conditioning on the upper floor, free WiFi, television, dishwasher, communal washing machine, etc.
This flat can accommodate up to six guests as it has four single beds and a sofa-bed for two extra people.
