        This house is ready to spend your holidays in L'Escala. Ideal for people who want to enjoy their holidays in a quiet area just 900 meters from Bel Roig beach, a natural beach hidden in the middle of nature.
Casa MAX is a fully fenced single-family home with an outdoor space for children to play without parents having to worry. Pets are allowed in this house, and they can run freely without having to be tied or locked up.
Casa MAX is a ground floor with outdoor space giving rise to different areas, such as a small, totally private solarium at the back of the house, a covered terrace on the front floor with a barbecue to share dinners with friends. Within the plot on one side of the house, we have parking for a minimum of two cars.
We enter the house through the living room that shares space with the dining room from which we access a hallway that takes us to the kitchen, completely closed with antique cabinets, but equipped with everything necessary to prepare good meals and breakfasts. This same distributor connects us to the bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds.

                Nice ground floor house in l'Escala, cozy and tastefully decorated, it is ideal for family holidays because it has everything you are looking for: a quiet area, close to the beach, with different outdoor spaces, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The house welcomes us with a large terrace area between the front door and the street door. It is surrounded by plants so there is privacy. It has an automatic awning to protect from the sun and outdoor furniture such as tables and chairs to eat outside, and also some sofas and a low chill-out table to relax.
The house has two independent entrances. Through the main entrance, we access the living-dining room, which leads to an open kitchen with a kitchenette. On the right hand side there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
Through the second entrance, we access the remaining bedrooms. We open the door and find ourselves in the second room with a double bed and wardrobes. In the adjoining door we find a second bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet. The third room has two entrances: the first, from the outside of the house as if it were an independent entrance, and the second through the bathroom.
Both parts of the house do not communicate with each other, so it is ideal for two families, or for groups that want to have their privacy to come and go without disturbing others.

                Nice holiday home in l'Escala, just 150 meters from Riells beach. It is a very quiet area since it is located in a passage where cars do not circulate. However, it has the promenade with shops, restaurants and shops less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. An authentic marvel for those who seek tranquility on their vacation without losing proximity to the beach or the most active areas of l'Escala.
At the front of the house, we find a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors at any time of summer. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and has an awning to protect yourself from the sun. The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living-dining room, the kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. From the dining room, we go up to the first floor where we find a bathroom with a shower, a very spacious room with a double bed, and another room with a double bed that has access to a small balcony.
The house has all the comforts to make your vacation perfect: a nearby parking area where you can leave your car for €1 per day, washing machine, dishwasher, television, etc.
