MM164 is an individual house of 200 m2, built on a plot of 1.100 m2. It has a large private swimming pool of 60 m2 with automatic lighting, more than 200 m2 of terraces, solarium area, and a well-kept garden.

In the upper part of the house we find the open kitchen which is equipped with dishwasher, a large living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to a large terrace with barbecue that includes a covered and an uncovered part. On this floor there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub).

In the lower part of the house, which is on the same level as the swimming pool, there is a bedroom suite with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, and a large bedroom with six single beds, a bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower. From this floor we can access a terrace that leads to the swimming pool.

The house has all the comforts: two parking spaces, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, satellite television, etc.
