Casa ALMODOVAR is a holiday home in l'Escala located in a quiet area, near the Montgrí Natural Park and at the same time, located a few meters from the beach.
The exterior of this house is ideal to spend a fantastic vacation where it also has a fabulous barbecue outside where you can enjoy extraordinary lunches and dinners in the heat offered by the good weather. It is a perfect place to relax and forget about the noise and enjoy the good weather that summer offers. It also has an outdoor terrace ideal for relaxing in the afternoons taking advantage of the sunset and benefiting from the nature that surrounds it.
The house is divided into two floors that do not communicate with each other. In the main one, a fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room with access to the outside terrace, a toilet, two bedrooms (the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed that has a double bed in the lower part and in the upper part single bed), and a full bathroom with shower. We access the lower part of the house, which is at street level, and is independent from the rest where there is a third room with a complete and renovated bathroom with a shower.
The house offers all the comforts for an ideal vacation: covered garage and parking, Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
