Nice holiday home in l'Escala, just 150 meters from Riells beach. It is a very quiet area since it is located in a passage where cars do not circulate. However, it has the promenade with shops, restaurants and shops less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. An authentic marvel for those who seek tranquility on their vacation without losing proximity to the beach or the most active areas of l'Escala.
At the front of the house, we find a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors at any time of summer. This house is ready to spend your holidays in L'Escala. Ideal for people who want to enjoy their holidays in a quiet area just 900 meters from Bel Roig beach, a natural beach hidden in the middle of nature.
Casa MAX is a fully fenced single-family home with an outdoor space for children to play without parents having to worry. Pets are allowed in this house, and they can run freely without having to be tied or locked up.
Casa MAX is a ground floor with outdoor space giving rise to different areas, such as a small, totally private solarium at the back of the house, a covered terrace on the front floor with a barbecue to share dinners with friends. Within the plot on one side of the house, we have parking for a minimum of two cars.
