On the ground floor there is the private garage with capacity for one car, the independent kitchen, the living-dining room and a bathroom with shower. The living-dining room is spacious and has a large window that gives access to the terrace and the pool area. The terrace is covered so you can enjoy meals outside at any time of the day. The swimming pool is private and ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobes and access to a small upper terrace. A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional third bed.

The best thing about this house is its exterior. It welcomes you with a beautiful garden and two outdoor parking spaces where you can leave your car. It has a large outdoor terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy long summer meals. Beautiful house with private pool in l'Escala, Costa Brava. Spectacular holiday home a few meters from nature and the forest, in a quiet area where you can spend a unique holiday with family and friends in l'Escala.Just a 12-minute walk from Montgó beach, walking along an incredible path in the middle of the natural park.
The house AIGUES surprises you from the first moment. It has a very spacious and beautiful exterior, full of special nooks and crannies to enjoy the peace and quiet. An area with lawn where you can play or lie down in the shade of a tree. Solarium area around the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Two large terraces at the level of the house. The first one, in front of the barbecue with a long table and awnings to protect from the sun or wind and to be able to eat outside at any time. A few metres away, the second terrace is a veranda that can also be used and enjoyed in the low season. In summer, the doors and glass are removable so that it can be converted back into an outdoor terrace. Next to the large private swimming pool there is an outdoor shower, and there is also private parking for two vehicles inside the property.
To access the house, stairs lead up to the entrance door. On the same floor we find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and also has a door leading to the terrace. The house has three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one of them with television.
