Description
The house has a covered front terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect from the sun. Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar that communicates with the dining room. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes, a complete bathroom with shower and a toilet. Annexed to the house, we find the third bedroom that has bunk beds. It also has an outdoor shower with hot water, very useful when there are many people in the house! Important note: this third bedroom communicates with the rest of the house through the garage.
The house has all the comforts for a fantastic vacation: private pool, barbecue, outdoor furniture, Wi-Fi connection, parking space inside the property and free on the street, television with French channels, etc.

This house is ready to spend your holidays in L'Escala. Ideal for people who want to enjoy their holidays in a quiet area just 900 meters from Bel Roig beach, a natural beach hidden in the middle of nature. Casa MAX is a fully fenced single-family home with an outdoor space for children to play without parents having to worry. Pets are allowed in this house, and they can run freely without having to be tied or locked up. Casa MAX is a ground floor with outdoor space giving rise to different areas, such as a small, totally private solarium at the back of the house, a covered terrace on the front floor with a barbecue to share dinners with friends. Within the plot on one side of the house, we have parking for a minimum of two cars.
