Nice holiday home in l'Escala, just 150 meters from Riells beach. It is a very quiet area since it is located in a passage where cars do not circulate. However, it has the promenade with shops, restaurants and shops less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. An authentic marvel for those who seek tranquility on their vacation without losing proximity to the beach or the most active areas of l'Escala.
At the front of the house, we find a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors at any time of summer. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and has an awning to protect yourself from the sun. The house is divided in two floors.
