This house is ready to spend your holidays in L'Escala. Ideal for people who want to enjoy their holidays in a quiet area just 900 meters from Bel Roig beach, a natural beach hidden in the middle of nature.
Casa MAX is a fully fenced single-family home with an outdoor space for children to play without parents having to worry. Pets are allowed in this house, and they can run freely without having to be tied or locked up.
Casa MAX is a ground floor with outdoor space giving rise to different areas, such as a small, totally private solarium at the back of the house, a covered terrace on the front floor with a barbecue to share dinners with friends. The RICABELLA house is located in L'Escala, a town on the Costa Brava, with many tourist and cultural attractions, of which we can highlight the Ruines d'Empúries and its marina, with nautical activities for the whole family.
This house is located in a very quiet area, in a dead-end street, free of noise from vehicles, bars, restaurants and people, but with a good location since it is 900 meters from the beach, restaurants and shops.
Casa RICABELLA has a large private terrace, fully equipped and with a barbecue. It is a meeting place with family and friends to eat, talk and laugh, enjoying these moments, without rushing, without commitments, just enjoying a fantastic vacation.
When we defined this house we described it as a balanced house, very well located, it has 2 floors. The ground floor has a dining room-living room, a toilet and a rustic kitchen that has direct communication with the terrace where you can have breakfast reading the newspaper and savoring the morning breeze. On the first floor we have two bedrooms, the first and main one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which also has a terrace where you can contemplate the stars. On this floor there is a nice bathroom with a shower.
Casa RICABELLA has the necessary amenities to have a perfect vacation without worrying about the heat because it has air conditioning and not to completely disconnect from the outside because it also has Wi-Fi.
