This spacious Mediterranean-style house, located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature, is perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday with family or friends, close to Pals beach and the golf course.
The house is accessed via a flight of stairs from the street. Upon entering, you’ll find a large day area consisting of a bright and cosy open-plan living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen, which opens directly onto a generous terrace—perfect for sunny breakfasts or outdoor dinners. The kitchen also leads to the barbecue area, equipped with stone tables and benches under the shade of the trees—ideal for long meals outdoors.
The house features a total of six bedrooms, divided into two separate wings. One wing has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; the other includes two more bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a guest toilet. Four of the rooms have double beds, while the other two offer two single beds each, making it an excellent option for large groups. One of the rooms includes a desk, ideal for guests working remotely.
There are three full bathrooms in total—two with showers and one with a bathtub—plus an additional toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and electric radiators to ensure comfort year-round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, two drip coffee makers, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The house also includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi connection. There is no television, encouraging a more unplugged experience in harmony with nature.
Outside, the private pool area is surrounded by artificial grass and lush vegetation, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Parking is available on the street, free and easily accessible.
