Description
This spacious Mediterranean-style house, located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature, is perfect for those seeking a relaxing family holiday or with friends, close to Pals beach and the golf course.
The house is accessed by climbing some stairs from the street. Upon entering, we find a spacious living area consisting of a lounge-dining room with fireplace and open kitchen, a welcoming and very bright space that provides direct access to a large exterior terrace, ideal for breakfasts in the sun or dinners in the cool evening air. From the kitchen you can also access directly to the barbecue area, equipped with tables and stone benches in the shade of the trees, perfect for long outdoor meals.
The house has six bedrooms in total, distributed across two separate wings. In one of them there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; in the other, two more bedrooms, one full bathroom and a guest toilet. Four of the rooms have a double bed, and the other two have two single beds each, thus offering capacity and comfort for large groups. One of the bedrooms includes a desk, ideal for those who need to work remotely during their stay.
There are three full bathrooms in total—two with showers and one with a bathtub—plus an additional toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and electric radiators, to ensure comfort in both summer and winter.
Regarding equipment, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. It also has a washing machine and WiFi connection. There is no television, thus promoting a more disconnected stay and contact with the surroundings.
Outside, the private pool area offers a pleasant artificial grass surface, in an environment surrounded by vegetation that guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Parking is on the street, which is free and easily accessible.
