The exterior of the house will dazzle you, due to the quality of materials and equipment. With the private pool as the main centre of the exterior, you will find a solarium area and sofas around to relax while sunbathing. Additionally, from this level we access the upper terrace and also the lower one. The upper terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs, and communicates with the kitchen. It also has a chill-out area with sea views to have an aperitif, read a book or simply contemplate the landscape. The lower terrace is also equipped with sunbeds and armchairs to enjoy the views. All terraces are surrounded by glass panels so that the sea views are always the protagonists of your holidays.

The Maison des Vacances villa will make you fall in love from the first minute. We access the house through the main door and are greeted by a large glass window with spectacular views of the sea and the Medes Islands Natural Park. A very bright space shared by the living room, with large sofas where you can relax, and the dining room. The living room is air-conditioned for your comfort, and the main-floor bedrooms have ceiling fans to provide cooling on warmer days. From this area, we access three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have their own wardrobes. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third bedroom is a children's room with a triple bunk bed so that the little ones can have fun together. The dining room also communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and from here we access the outdoor terrace.

The terrace is covered and equipped with quality outdoor furniture, with a large table for the whole family. From the terrace we have sea views and direct access to the pool area. The private pool is fantastic and has different equipment and furniture around it so that everyone can enjoy it: those who swim, those who sunbathe on the loungers or those who relax in the hammock. The house also has a barbecue where delicious meals can be prepared.

The fourth bedroom is independent from the rest of the house. It is located on the lower level and has an independent access from the main house. In this room there is a sofa bed, television and a small desk intended for a work area. The second full bathroom is located in this part of the house, so this bedroom-living room can be considered a suite. From this part of the house, you can also access the lower terrace from which to relax in the hammock and hanging chairs.

The house is located in the Mas Tomasí urbanisation, just 3 km from Pals beach. It is a quiet area that allows you to disconnect, relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Close to the sea, with incredible views but with the peace and tranquillity of being in a quiet area.

Upon entering the house, the first thing we find is the living-dining room equipped with a fireplace for a greater sense of warmth. Which has an exit to a spacious covered terrace. It is equipped with outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy great moments outdoors with your loved ones, contemplating the wonderful views offered by this terrace of the Masos de Pals.

At the same time, the living-dining room connects to an open-plan American kitchen, fully equipped and complemented with all kinds of utensils so that you do not lack anything during your holidays.

The night area consists of three double rooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. For greater comfort, it offers two full bathrooms with shower.

The house has all kinds of amenities; from washing machine and dryer, to air conditioning with heat pump, heating, to be able to maintain an ideal temperature throughout the year. Free WiFi access, barbecue area and private parking within the same property. Mosquito nets on all windows of the house, water softener and a large ping-pong table.

For moments of pure relaxation, relax in the saltwater pool or on the terrace while contemplating the panoramic views of the Costa Brava, the Medes Islands and the majestic Montgrí Castle, all from the comfort of your own private refuge.

It is ideally located in Mas Tomasi, an urbanisation which offers a peaceful environment situated between the charming medieval village of Pals and the beach. Very close by are: supermarket, fishmonger, greengrocer, bakery, pharmacy and tobacconist.

The nearest beach is found just five minutes away, ten minutes away are very popular places such as; Sa Riera beach, Pals and Begur. Twenty minutes from exotic beaches such as; Tamariu, Aiguablava, Llafranch and Calella de Palafrugell.

Thirty minutes from Sant Pere Pescador to practice kitesurfing and water sports. Local activities such as Costa Brava Parc Aventura, equestrian activities, go-karts, mini-golf, the water park offered by Delfín Verde and the flight experience with Aeroclub Empordà over the Costa Brava.
