House with private swimming pool in Pals with a special charm. Located in a quiet residential area, at the beginning of the area of Mas Tomasí and less than 3 km from the beach of Pals and 2 km from the historic centre of the village.
The exterior of the house is very cosy. It has a fenced plot of 800 m2 with a large garden area and a 10x4 m private swimming pool. The façade of the house has a beautiful and special design in an "L" shape around the swimming pool, taking advantage to have two spacious terraces around the swimming pool. In addition, the whole exterior is equipped with garden furniture and also has a barbecue to prepare delicious meals outdoors.
The house is divided into two independent buildings. In the main house there is an open-plan kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with shower and the other with bathtub. In the adjoining building there are two additional bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed - and another bathroom with bathtub.
