Spread over three floors, the house combines the charm of traditional elements —such as exposed wooden beams and high ceilings— with spacious, functional, and very bright rooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living-dining room with a corner sofa, plenty of natural light, and direct access to a large rear patio. This outdoor area, surrounded by greenery, features a table, chairs, natural shade, and a built-in barbecue — the perfect spot for summer dinners. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The exterior of the house will dazzle you, due to the quality of materials and equipment. With the private pool as the main centre of the exterior, you will find a solarium area and sofas around to relax while sunbathing. Additionally, from this level we access the upper terrace and also the lower one. The upper terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs, and communicates with the kitchen. It also has a chill-out area with sea views to have an aperitif, read a book or simply contemplate the landscape. The lower terrace is also equipped with sunbeds and armchairs to enjoy the views. We access the house through the main door and are greeted by a large glass window with spectacular views of the sea and the Medes Islands Natural Park. A very bright space shared by the living room, with large sofas where you can relax, and the dining room. From this area, we access three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have their own wardrobes. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third bedroom is a children's room with a triple bunk bed so that the little ones can have fun together. The dining room also communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and from here we access the outdoor terrace.
The terrace is covered and equipped with quality outdoor furniture, with a large table for the whole family. From the terrace we have sea views and direct access to the pool area. The private pool is fantastic and has different equipment and furniture around it so that everyone can enjoy it: those who swim, those who sunbathe on the loungers or those who relax in the hammock. The house also has a barbecue where delicious meals can be prepared.
The fourth bedroom is independent from the rest of the house. It is located on the lower level and has an independent access from the main house. In this room there is a sofa bed, television and a small desk intended for a work area. The second full bathroom is located in this part of the house, so this bedroom-living room can be considered a suite. From this part of the house, you can also access the lower terrace from which to relax in the hammock and hanging chairs.

The house is located in the Mas Tomasí urbanization, just 3 km from Pals beach. It is a quiet residential area that will allow you to enjoy calm and tranquility without giving up the advantages of having shops close to the house. Near the sea, with incredible views but with the peace and tranquility of a residential area.
We access the main floor through the kitchen, recently renovated and fully equipped, which will leave you impressed with the incredible views of the sea and the natural landscape of the Medes Islands. The large kitchen leads us to an open space shared by the living room and dining room. The room is bright and tastefully decorated. The sofa can be transformed into a double sofa bed if necessary. On this floor we find two bedrooms, both with closets and storage space. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom equipped with a shower. The exterior part of the main floor has three terraces. The first is equipped with a large table with the capacity to gather up to ten people and share lunches and dinners in company. The second terrace is accessible through the kitchen and is equipped with a table with capacity for four people, ideal for a breakfast with sea views when you wake up from your vacation. Through some external stairs we access the lower level of the house where the private pool is located. In this room we find a double bed, a sofa bed and a small dining room with a kitchenet. It also has its own full bathroom with a shower, so this bedroom-living room can be considered a suite. This part of the house is ideal for combining a trip with several groups of friends, or several families, where they can enjoy time as a group but also have privacy and freedom separately.
