16th century farmhouse with private pool, in the beautiful town of Canapost. It is located just 3 km from La Bisbal de l'Empordà and 12 km from the beaches of Pals and l'Estartit.
The exterior of the farmhouse is beautiful, with a beautiful garden, the private pool and full of flowers and plants create a unique space. In the porch area, different areas with tables and chairs, loungers to relax in the sun, a barbecue where you can prepare meals with friends and family, an outdoor shower, and a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor of the farmhouse, a large kitchen-dining room, three different living rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a room equipped with a ping-pong table. Going up some stairs, at medium height, is the master bedroom made up of a large suite: a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor welcomes us with a spacious living room from which we can access any of the four rooms. Three bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. From the living room there is also access to a terrace-balcony at the top of the farmhouse.
