The house Gerkens is a holiday home in l'Escala, with a magnificent outdoor area, tastefully maintained and located in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the beach of Riells and its shops.
The exterior of this house is perfect for a wonderful holiday. The whole outside area is equipped with artificial grass and is completely fenced so the house is very private. At the back, there is a terraced area with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the good weather in summer. The house has access to the communal area, which is outside the property, so it is ideal to use it when you want to rest and forget about the noise of the community when you are not using it.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find the fully equipped kitchen, a small toilet and the living-dining room with a large balcony that leads to the outside terrace. Going up to the first floor, we find the three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a double bed and a single bed as a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and are tastefully decorated. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with bathtub.

The best thing about this house is its exterior. It welcomes you with a beautiful garden and two outdoor parking spaces where you can leave your car. It has a large outdoor terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy long summer meals. Near the pool area, a chill-out area where you can relax and is also equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing and outdoor shower. Beautiful house with private pool in l'Escala, Costa Brava. Spectacular holiday home a few meters from nature and the forest, in a quiet area where you can spend a unique holiday with family and friends in l'Escala.Just a 12-minute walk from Montgó beach, walking along an incredible path in the middle of the natural park.
The house AIGUES surprises you from the first moment. It has a very spacious and beautiful exterior, full of special nooks and crannies to enjoy the peace and quiet. An area with lawn where you can play or lie down in the shade of a tree. Solarium area around the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Two large terraces at the level of the house. The first one, in front of the barbecue with a long table and awnings to protect from the sun or wind and to be able to eat outside at any time. A few metres away, the second terrace is a veranda that can also be used and enjoyed in the low season. In summer, the doors and glass are removable so that it can be converted back into an outdoor terrace. Next to the large private swimming pool there is an outdoor shower, and there is also private parking for two vehicles inside the property.
To access the house, stairs lead up to the entrance door. On the same floor we find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and also has a door leading to the terrace. The house has three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one of them with television. Two bedrooms with double bed, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. It also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
