The apartment is located on the tenth floor with elevator of the Bosmar Building, about 400 meters from restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and just 1 km from Pals beach. The area is quiet and pleasant, in front of an ideal forest if you like to walk and enjoy nature.

I want to present this beautiful apartment on Pals beach, so that you can get to know it and have the desire to rent it and enjoy it.
This apartment has a magnificent location, it is located 200 meters from the Golf course and 100 meters from the Tennis Club, with clay and Padel courts. Without forgetting, it is located 500 meters from the magnificent Pals beach.
The apartment has a communal pool, children's play area and parking. It is very close to essential services in summer, supermarket, restaurants and leisure areas, but far enough to avoid noise, being able to enjoy the tranquility and enjoy the singing of the birds.
After getting to know the surroundings, I want to explain the apartment: when we enter, a nice dining-living room with direct access to a small terrace with a table where you can eat while watching the pool. In the same dining room, we have an open, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and another bunk bed for the children. It also has a full bathroom with a shower.
